Kyle Kelso from AllWaterCharters.com put the hammer down on BIG permit, Tarpon, cobia, and hammerheads yesterday.  He did all this, and unselfishly called Jim & I over to get a piece of the action!  Good dude and Awesome guide.

Had a great time this week fishing the flats wiith Capt. Ryan Sansoucy and Jimi. 

Getting polled around some of the prettiest water in the world is a priceless experience!  

Capt. Ryan taking a break to let Jeff try the poling game. The fishing was tough this past week as a stiff north wind caused water temps to drop by 10 deg. We worked hard but the shots were few and far between. Ryan's boat, the East Cape Vantage is the nicest flats skiff I have ever fished out of. Outfitted with a mercury 150 2 stroke, it is scary fast and can run through the skinniest water imaginable.  He is my fly fishing savior down here, as I would be limited to the white street pier and various wading spots with out his help.

 Jeff, aka Chromeslayer had yet another trip that got botched do to inclimate weather patterns and fish behavior, that had even the guides baffled.  Here he is taking it out on one of the bridge residents. Love fishing with this guy and really wanted it to happen for us... Nxt year ;)

A good warmup for things to come!

On a side note I broke off the biggest redfish of my life today :(  Black clousers, 10wts, & intermediate lines are perfect for scraping the ponds and harassing the inhabitants.
