Albie video made by the Turk Crew!

I had Gray, Elias, and Karen for the best albie trip of the season!  Gray & his brother Elias, caught over 30 fish and documented the carnage!  Karen made her editing debut and put together a short video of the day.  It is important to keep in mind that these kids are 9 and 12 yrs old and are already killer fisherman.  They were part of Sigler's Ultimate Striper Camp and were vaulted to All Star status after fishing for big bass back on the north shore.  Fish beware......

There have been a TON of fish this fall. Albies have been crushing bay anchovies, peanut bunker, silversides and even juvenile herring on their annual autumn quest.  Here is a partial back log of photos from recent adventures

Fat Alberts of September

The Albies are here in full force and it couldn't have come at a better time.  Bluefish were here in late July & August for short windows but as the water dipped back down to the mid 60's they departed leaving a mediocre Striped Bass fishery.  It is invigorating and fresh to find schools of busting fish on top for the majority of the day versus trying to scrape up Stripers with miles in between.
