The Beulah casting competition @ Bears Den was a great time with James Shaughnassy and the new Beulah Opal 9wt.  A sweet rod!

The summer has continued to deliver fresh, migrating striped bass and bluefish to the Boston area.  Some days have been more action packed than others, but we are consistently finding nice fish.  I have been able to successfully release better than 95% of fish caught on flies, lures, and live bait. Everyone I've been fishing with understands how important this is, to continue the tremendous fishery we have.
